Qualifications
I started as a teen during summer breaks working for my parents masonry company where I learned all aspects of site layout, footings and foundation work, eventually operating as a concrete finisher and block-layer. My experience as a mason stretches from residential homes to shopping centers and hospitals.
In my mid-twenties I started apprenticing with a master carpenter, where I learned all aspects of carpentry from custom framing to high-end finish work. During this time I also learned all aspects of roofing, siding, window and door replacement, and kitchen and bath remodels.
I spent many years as a contractor handling all aspects of home repair and remodeling but specializing in high end kitchen/bath remodels and historic restoration.
In the early 2000’s, I shifted to mainly real estate flipping – where I handled nearly all of the remodeling myself with the help of my team.
